Question 1

Are Reride bicycles used?

Accepted Answer

Yes and no. We build bicycles from restored frames and parts, and every bicycle is thoroughly checked at the workshop in Valby before it leaves. You get a bicycle with a history — checked part by part.

Question 2

Do I get a warranty?

Accepted Answer

All bicycles are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act’s two-year right to complain, and we are happy to service them afterwards.

Question 3

Kan jeg prøve cyklen, før jeg køber?

Accepted Answer

Ja. Kom forbi Peter Bangs Vej 236, 2500 København i åbningstiden og prøv cyklerne — du behøver ikke booke. Vil du prøve en bestemt model, er du velkommen til at ringe i forvejen, så vi kan sikre, at den er klar.

Question 4

Which size should I choose?

Accepted Answer

We list the frame size on every bicycle. Write to us if you are unsure — together we can work out whether that particular bicycle fits you.

Question 5

Sender I til hele Danmark?

Accepted Answer

Ja. Cykler sendes professionelt pakket med GLS eller cykelkurer. Mindre tilbehør sendes på 1–3 hverdage.

Question 6

How should I look after my bicycle?

Accepted Answer

Clean the chain regularly, keep an eye on tyre pressure and come by for a service once a year. We also offer an annual inspection at the workshop.
