Email info@reride.dk with your order number and say whether you are withdrawing from the purchase or reporting a defect. Photos are helpful when reporting a defect.

Return to Reride ApS, Peter Bangs Vej 236, KL TH (gården), 2500 København. Contact us before shipping to coordinate transport and receipt. Coordination does not require permission to withdraw and does not change statutory deadlines.

Read the terms and conditions (Danish) for the withdrawal period, standard form, return shipping, refunds and complaints. Direct return costs paid by the customer on withdrawal are separate from Reride’s statutory costs for a justified complaint.
