How you are covered at Reride
Our warranty has three purposes: to show that we care about our craft and fix our own mistakes, to make sure bikes bought from us stay in good condition long after, and to give you clarity about what to expect.
A voluntary warranty does not limit statutory complaint rights. Full purchase, return and complaint rights are in the terms and conditions (Danish).
The three purposes of our warranty

To show that we care about our craftsmanship and correct our own mistakes.

To keep bicycles bought from us in good condition for a long time.

To make clear what you can expect from our service.
Extended warranty
- 6 months on the bottom bracket
- Extended warranty on the bottom bracket, so you can pedal without worry.
- 6 months on wheels & hubs
- Wheels, spokes and hubs are central parts — we cover you if something acts up.
- 6 months on gears & brakes
- Shifting and brakes simply have to work. If they don't, we fix it.
- 12 months on the frame
- The frame is the foundation. It has to last — whether it is new or reused.
Statutory complaint rights always apply. Our warranty applies under normal use and does not cover damage from sport, careless riding, vandalism or traffic accidents.
